Just a poem I wrote about poetry. Written on: July 22, 2015 Hope y'all like it!!☺

Have you seen the movie "What the Bleep"? There is a great scene in that movie where the body-hating star breaks through to loving her body. She starts to draw hearts and love messages all over herself and relaxes into appreciation instead of loathing. We're taught a lot of things to do to our bodies. Work it, sculpt it, starve it, push it, train it, discipline it. Most of them are not pleasant. What about loving it? What if we treated our bodies with love and tenderness? Okay, it sounds a little sappy, I know. But really think about the idea for a moment. WHAT IF you made a decision to treat your body with the ultimate in kindness?

It's true. And in order to get rid of loneliness, I decided to do this. A mini compilation of some of my semi-written quotes, poems, and other things.

By the time I finished writing this, I was still 19. Let me tell you something. Why 20 Things, you ask? Because 20 Things & 20 years old, (20 & 20) You get the idea. Okay first of all, the person who inspired me to do this project was my good friend Taylor Alison Swift. Yes, Taylor the singer-songwriter who won Album Of The Year at The Grammys twice. [UPDATE, 2021 : thrice] So in this project I basically wrote about the few little things which I assume are important that I've learned throughout my life growing up. Along the years, I've learned a lot. Either positive or negative, going through rain or shine, happy or sad, you name it. I'm also proud of the simple fact that I've been through every problem in life because they brought me to where I am now and they really did wonders to my self esteem. I gained confidence voicing out my opinion in front of people, I've learned to appreciate people around me and I also learned the importance of having a good relationship with God. If you're reading this right now, I just want you to prepare yourself because when you decide to start reading this article, you're gonna have lots of mixed feelings. Let me tell you, if you don't know me yet, let me introduce you, I am Syafiq Faizal. I always love the idea of speaking frankly in a very straightforward method because it is so satisfying & it saves a lot of time. Sometimes I think I speak too honestly. Whatever it is, I hope this could benefit you in the best way possible. Honestly, anyone can read this. There's no age limit. Internal power is the most thing that saves people from many case that's why you should believe in it and never depends on others to motivate you or give you a push because we do not always may have somebody that really care us in which we only have our minds, our spirit that is something we all return to after having no one; so be powerful by your own spirit .

This is a motivational story of a girl who suffered alot in life but then become successfull by the grace of almighty! 🕋
