Anyone would say that Opal is fit to be a princess. She had all the qualities of one and loved to act like one. So when she runs into Princess Jael rumors fly around that it was fate. The two girls grow up together. Opal visits the palace often and in return agrees to sew a dress for anyone in the palace who asked for one. While it was fate for Opal to run into Jael, it was accident and possibly a mistake when she runs into Prince Collin at a ball in the Palace. He swoons her almost immediately but is it good or bad?

Hi, to whoever reads this, this is just a collection of some things I've written. There could be a few potential song lyrics, and beginnings of stories/books that I had ideas for, but mostly they're poems (usually inspired by something/ someone/ or an event at my school- I'm in year 7). Just a little poem for all to read. I don't want to give a "true" description, for it's up to you, wonderful readers, to interpret the meaning. But I will give my initial thoughts about how it came about. I recently got into a fight with a friend I have known for about 4/5 years. We have been clashing about a lot of things lately. He would say he was right when I believed to the right one, etc. But I came to realize we were both wrong, and instead of being consumed by hate. We should heal our broken wounds and move on. It also talks about more than just fighting; it talks about life and humanity's sin. How we must train ourselves to control our primal nature. To walk in life, to open our eyes, and to one day look beyond what we see. Okay, I said enough already. Go ahead a read the poem. If you would like, comment on what you think it means. I would love to hear your opinion.
