These scars that i have.. given to me or taken by me... they are sinking in.. or.. are they fading away.. Has he figured me out?.. or.. am i getting tangled with him?.. Will he save me?.. or.. become another reason i was left no more?.. Has his eyes understood me?.. or.. they can't , yet?.. This is my story.. which is still going on.. but i would rather write about it... make this chapter of my life into a book that will have an ending.. a perfect ending...

This story is about my mental healing process. Ever since I've been a kid, I have struggled with anxiety. So I finally decided to write a story and share it with anybody who is interested. This is the journey of me and my service dog. This might be a little bit of a trauma dump but truly,I hope this will be viewed at as an inspiration for other people who are struggling to keep going. Keep going, it will get easier! Oh, and also. This is a safe space, feel free to stay as long as you want:,) Here, everybody is welcome.

Everybody actually pushed me more in that hole, they added more reasons for me to try to end myself. Several times... Scars on my left hand...can be seen. But the Scars on my heart... No one can see it. I, Aayeerah, I promise myself to get me out of this dark hole. No. Matter. What.

"for all the things I cannot say, simply write and set them to flames. and maybe, just like those words staining the page, all your worries and all the problems will simply burn away" lemme explain a bit. I have a burn jar. what's a burn jar you ask? a glass jar that slowly gets filled up by ink stained paper that contains my emotions or unwanted voices. whenever it's filled, I take it outside and simply drop a few matches into it. the papers burn, along with all the emotions in it. it helps :) I'mma still burn pages but I'll record them here as well, sadly, I already burned a filled jar so I'mma just start from scratch. maybe, after a year or so I'll read over what and how much I wrote. and reflect on how I've changed or grown (for better or worse). maybe delete and start a new. who knows
