Amidst the unrest a a young slave girl by the name of Serilda escapes her master. She didn't expect much she'll probably be caught again, if she was lucky she might live the rest of her life as a recluse. That is until she meets elderly Lycurgus and his band of loyal followers. A story of realism and the rollercoaster full of emotions, called life, in which a girl's death was the beginning of it all.
