As night falls, the sky gradually changes from a deep blue to a soft gold, blending the hues. A few clouds drift across it slowly, as if they don't care about time. In the distance, the trees leaves whisper together like a soft song as they gently sway in the breeze. In a way, everything around me seems quiet and calm. I slowly make a half-circle while taking in the views. You don't want to rush through this kind of beauty. The kind that makes you forget texts, to-do lists, and boring meetings. But just as I pivot, something catches my eye across the reflective glass of the building. Him. Vedant. He's leaning against the glass wall, on the phone talking to someone-but his gaze isn't on the screen. It's on me. Through the glass, his expression is unreadable, half-shadowed by the building lights, but his attention is unmistakable. He's watching me-not just noticing, but watching. Like he doesn't know whether to walk out and say something or just stand there and keep watching. I blink, momentarily frozen. Then instinctively, I pull myself together-shoulders back, face neutral. It's ridiculous how someone's gaze can make you feel both powerful and exposed at the same time. I tear my eyes away and start walking in the direction where Dinesh is supposed to be waiting, the sound of my footsteps muted by the breeze.

In the not-so-distant future, aboard the Echo 11 shuttle, systems engineer Ethan Vale navigates the wonders and perils of space as humanity pushes the boundaries of exploration. After years of waiting, the crew finally reaches the Mars Space Station, but their mission is shrouded in secrecy and intrigue. While publicly tasked with analyzing carbon samples on the Martian surface, Ethan and his team are actually drawn into the mysteries of strange, massive particle clouds hovering just outside Mars's atmosphere. Ethan, with his spirited Tennessee charm, contrasts sharply with the somber formality of Director Mizell, whose strict demeanor only fuels Ethan's desire to push the limits of protocol. As he prepares for a crucial spacewalk alongside Captain Marcos Wilson -his steadfast friend and celebrated pilot-the memories of a tragic family loss surface, intertwining with dreams of heroic adventures reminiscent of his childhood. Yet, a sense of foreboding looms as the crew prepares to confront the unknown. With each passing moment and every breath taken in the weightlessness of space, the past and present collide. Ethan is propelled by the thrill of discovery but haunted by sorrow, as the team inches closer to unraveling the truth behind the enigmatic clouds-an achievement that could redefine humanity's understanding of the universe. As they gear up for their historic mission, the stakes rise, and the balance of fate teeters between tragedy and triumph. Embark on this captivating journey where a man's heart yearns for resolution, and the cosmos whispers secrets yet to be unveiled. Will Ethan and his crew find the answers they seek, or will they uncover something that challenges everything they thought they knew? Story still in progress. Chapters updated every Friday. Avery Zhang was born in 1976. At just fourteen years old, she began attending MIT in 1990, where she met fellow prodigies Tony Stark and James Rhodes - both born in 1975. The three formed a fast friendship during their time at MIT from 1990 to 1993, bonded by brilliance, ambition, and the shared understanding of what it meant to live several steps ahead of the rest of the world. After graduation in 1993, Avery vanished. Tony never saw her again - but he never stopped hearing her name. Over the years, she built an extraordinary career at NASA, quickly rising through the ranks to become one of their top scientists. Then, in 2005, she reappears without warning at Stark Industries' doors - newly dismissed from NASA and in need of a job. Tony offers her one. And just like that, gravity pulls them back into each other's orbit. Timeline: Pre-Iron Man through Avengers: Secret Wars Pairing: Tony Stark x OC Book 1 of the Avengers Series Disclaimer: Iron Man, his massive ego, and the Avengers belong to Marvel/Disney. I'm just playing in their multi-million-dollar sandbox - not profiting from it. Avery Zhang and all original characters are mine.

Fantasy only!! It's year 3523, you suddenly woke up from a loud sound. You looked around and saw that you landed on Kepler 142b. NASA saw that a huge meteorite is gonna hit Earth that can possibly kill all humans and the Earth, No, it WILL kill humanity and the Earth. Everyone was put in a hibernation chamber and will evacuate Earth to another planet. NASA predicted this years ago and planned to leave Earth as soon as possible. Because of lack of time, they can only build 3 massive space ship and 3.3 billion people each space ship. The population increased drastically these past years and now there are 10 billion people on Earth. So NASA decided to build small space ships that can only fit 2 people and every small space ship has 100 years supply of food, automatic robots, and everything that is needed after landing.

"Falling in love with your best friend is just a waste of friendship." That's what Azriel Gaile Santos used to believe until he vanished without a goodbye. Karl Miguel Caviel was the boy who made the stars feel closer, the skies feel warmer... and the silence feel unbearable when he left. Years passed. Azriel chased the universe, and it welcomed her back. Now a NASA-affiliated astronomer, she stands beneath the dome of a planetarium, celebrating the agency's 25th anniversary. Only to find him there, watching her like a memory that never faded. Older. Colder. Pretending she's just another face in the crowd. But skies hold secrets. And sometimes, the past doesn't stay grounded. What begins as a reunion feels like a puzzle. A pull. A warning. Because some stories are written in the stars And some are rewritten in blood. The earths majorly over populated and the city has become layered, with the rich on top and the almost homeless on the bottom. There needing to decrease the population so created a program that shipped people to a new and possibly habitable planet. The only thing is is that its only for the people on the lower levels that have nothing else to live for, but what'll happen when a neglected rich boy and his lower class boyfriend head out with a curious alcoholic only to find that earth wasn't the first planet to think of sending people to this exact planet to thin out there own population. Good thing there official language was Norse and they where all friendly as long as no one told earth that it was full of life but had Room for a couple trillion people. ((warning! not for young children! some mature content inside! ex. Alcohol abuse, drug abuse, and some fluff))
