Bermula dari zaman Nia comot hinggalah Nia berubah jadi cantik. Bab kata Nuh; Ni.. Nia, si itik hodoh dulu kan? Wow.. sekarang dah bertukar jadi Swan - Nuh Mulut tu memang dari dulu, tak pernah ada insurans kan? Kalau saya dah bertukar jadi Swan pun, ada saya ganggu hidup awak ke? tak ada kan? - Nia Memang lah tak. Tapi..... rasa macam rugi lah pulak kalau biar Swan ni terbiar sorang-sorang kat sini - Nuh Huh, whatever! - Nia Gaduh dan gaduh. Itu rutin dan hobi Nuh Jazmin dan Nia Jasmine. Tiba-tiba mereka terperangkap dalam 'satu kisah' untuk mereka terus kekal bersama. Status asal Nuh itu cuma abang angkat dan Nia itu adik angkat. Tapi bila status tu bertukar Nuh jadi cikgu dan Nia jadi pelajar, Nia mula rasa Nuh akan mengharubirukan hidupnya. Dalam benci dan geram bermukim di dada, sekali lagi status itu berubah, sekelip mata Nuh itu suaminya dan Nia jadi Isterinya.. makin bertambah haru hidup Nia.. ~Cuma satu kisah. Kisah kau dan aku!~
