Everyone should love themselves. Even if people tell you otherwise. Instead of telling people their ugly, or fat, or anything, tell them they're beautiful, inside and out. No matter what they've done, or do. Cause we've all made mistakes, And we'll always make mistakes. But that's what makes us human. But instead of being hurtful to either you or others, Love Yourself. Treat your body right, don't hurt your skin, it's not paper. Don't starve yourself to be thin, because you're beautiful in and out. You are beautiful being the one and only YOU. So Love Yourself. Inside and out.

Every week there will be a new thing that can help raise your self esteem. This is for anyone with any mental health problem that causes them to feel discouraged, or lowers their self esteem occasionally, it makes them fell negatively about themselves one way or another. I personally don't have very high self esteem, but I still manage to stay positive, and I don't say any negative things about myself or anyone.
