All humans once lived in the ocean, the people who wanted land abandoned the ocean. The humans that lives in the ocean has Ena on their skin which allows them to breath underwater, the humans on land don't. Hikari, Manaka, Chisaki, and Kaname were all friends who lives in the ocean in Shioshishio. The school they were currently attending closed and they had to go to school on land, there they meet tsumugu, miuna and sayu, once the ofunehiki starts the 4 all go to sleep for 5 years and once they awaken what happens to the story of the 4 friends. Ofunehiki: the ofunehiki is a festival that both the land and ocean people, the sea gods power is weakening and salt flake snow will keep falling and might freeze the world killing all humans and until his power his renewed the ocean humans must hibernate, they believed the only way to please the sea God was to perform the ofunehiki. The original pairings of this anime were hikarixmanaka, chiskaixtsumugu, and kanamexsayu. This story will have the pairings hikarixmiuna, and chisakixkaname only! This is a fanfic on how I think this anime should have went. I was really depressed when the anime didn't have the pairings I wanted. An AU in which the main plot didn't actually happen, Uroko-sama doesn't live inside Shioshishio, but in a n abandoned shrine somewhere far away outside the town, and Kaname is able to create and control (not really an accurate word, but anyway) Sacred Fire, the fire that can burn underwater, Sayu is a sea person, Hikari and Manaka are officially a couple, and lastly but not least, the reader is stuck in a love square with Kaname, Chisaki and Tsumugu! Many years ago, before Kaname was born, Shioshishio's shaman, his own grandfather, proclaimed a prophecy of doom, however, it was never fully deciphered. The prophecy was as follows: Soon there shall be born a child, The fire inside him burning wild, Yet calm as the sea, and he shall hide, Ne'er to be found in the ocean wide, Hearts of those that he once knew, The inner storm they shall brew, True intentions shall be known, With his beloved reunite, or walk alone. Everyone knows that Miuna loves Hikari, except Hikari himself. Miuna has always felt jealousy in her heart even when Manaka was still in her hibernation. But one night everything changes and Miuna's feelings come to light but she goes to hide in the dark...

After the Shioshishio group finally reunited, everything is just how it was five years ago after hibernation. Until one day, everything turns around... Tsumugu gets some research in before a major storm hits, reflecting on his awakened ena, and Chisaki is happy to share the sea village's custom of an Arashimi (storm viewing party) with him. (1 month post season 2.) At this point, he's only had ena for 6 weeks max, and been inland for 4 of those weeks.

I've decided to create a book based on the selfless character Kaname, since he's pretty much my favorite character in the whole series.

Himechii and Himeko are two sisters born in Nomekoki a sea village. They were heading to a new sew village on the other side of the world. However things turn for the worst when a storm comes. (Warning: This is an Undertale story that takes ideas from the anime Nagi No Asukara. Which some people live in the sea. I'd advise you to watch Nagi No Asukara first. So have a little insight on what the Sea People do. I will make up a few things due to it not being explained in the anime)

I always wanted to know if rumors would spread about Tsumugu and Chisaki.

After what happened in the sea (final episode), Hikari feels happy that Manaka feels the same way about him but something missing like just Manaka couldn't fill the empty space in the Hikari's heart. He's not complete but Miuna managed to make him smile and feels really complete. I'm sorry for this pairing and a wrong grammar. I ship them.

This will be a kind of alternate Nagi no Asukara. The timeline will be altered but the main characters will still be there. It's just that I will be adding my own OC in there. This will represent the reader. So, let's be honest, mostly a x Reader story. Disclaimer: I don't own Nagi no Asukara nor any of its characters. Please sit back, relax, and enjoy the story.
