Before his mum tells him that they are moving to Menorca, Nick Nelson has a life that's perfect in his eyes. He has amazing friends, a great rugby team, and even though Truham seems a little small and boring, it is perfect for him, it's home. And now he will lose all of that? But Sarah is not changing her mind, they'll move to Diane in Menorca. So he spends the next few months learning Spanish. It's not perfect, but it's enough for basic conversations. At first, living on Menorca is pretty hard. He doesn't know anyone and no one pays any attention to him. He's an outcast. But then one day, he meets Charlie Spring, who not only makes living in Menorca a little easier, but also completely messes with Nick's head. Charlie's cat escapes out his apartment window along the fire escape into his neighbour Nick's living room. Nick arrives home to see Charlie there with his cat.

Tomorrow. He's leaving tomorrow. He can't keep going like this. The longer he stays, the worse it's getting. It's killing him that he has to give up Nick in the process, however.

Charlie's day is going absolutely fucking miserable. Good thing there's a sneaky surprise waiting on the Sixth Form student when he goes to lunch. As long as they don't get caught that is.
