After having revelations regarding his life Naruto trains until his body breaks, ups his pranks, and sends his classmates to the hospital. But after confessing his pain to one of his worst victims Naruto gains a friend and then family. This is a NaruSaku Fanfic. This takes place when Sakura goes to "kill" Sasuke in the manga with a few tweaks. Most of the cannon events still take place during this story.
