You would think that id be psyched that my mom married John Green, King of nerds. But you'd be wrong. Sure he's a great guy, but she left my dad. I guess I'm not mad at john, but I'm mad at her and my dad and everyone really. I just want my life back. Is that too much to ask?

Allison is a 15 year old Nerdfighter who went to a Nerdfighter gathering with her 8 year old sister, 9 month old brother, mom and her mom's boyfriend, when something horrible happens. Now, Allison and her 2 little angels (as she calls them) need their heros more than even, and they happened to see what happened to her, her little sister and her little brother.
