These chapters are just me trying to express my feelings, it's not perfect poetry but pure and written with heart. My first language is not english so there are a lot of mistakes but there are also typing mistakes. I don't even know if this counts to poetry but it's what helps me express my emotions. Because she was raped at the age of 9 that same day by two men. The two men are in jail now, but that doesn't help. She will always be scarred. Even though Maria is 17 now she still can't get the image of the her screaming for help and the two men laughing, out of her head. Because of that she doesn't live a normal teen life. She doesn't open herself up to anybody except her best friend, Sarah. Is that all about to change when she meets the hot and irresistible Alex? He's out there, unlike her. He's popular, unlike her. She likes him, but brushes it off thinking only she feels that way. He likes her too and can't help to feel that attraction towards her. I was the "deal with it" person. I never got what I wanted, and what I wanted was a love life. I wanted a guy to crush on me, and I would be that girl that you had to play hard to get. But no, no one wanted me. Or no one confessed. But then again why would they? This is me we're talking about. So I had to deal with my lame love life while my friends blossomed and flirted. I was the one who supported them and listened to their ranting. When was my turn to shine and go get 'em? Well. After the death of Christine, Erik was left to raise his son, Gustave alone. However, now he feels it necessary to have Raoul be there in the rest of Gustave's life. Hopefully they will be able to set the past behind them and come together to raise Gustave to the best of their abilities.
