Was originally titled "college excerpt" but now being turned into a guideline of the sort for Suicidal or Depressed teens (or adults.) including self-harmers. It's more so based on how I got through my problems and tips on how to stay clean, who to talk to, important numbers, ways to calm yourself, and music that helped me out!
