My third Niall Horan and this time Niall Horan is driving down the highway going to the doctor's cause he has been sick and along the way he finds these two baby girls who are twins, and they isn't that old at all. He pulls over and takes both girls with him to the doctor's to get checked out to make sure that they are okay and everything. After the doctor's he decided he is going to adopt them as his daughters. How will Niall handle twins read and find out

The story is about two neighbors who became friends and colleagues then later enemies due to envy and secrets behind the fake smiles of one that wanted to live the life of the other at all costs.
