THEY SWARM, THEY MULTIPLY, THEY BREED . . . High amounts of radiation can mutate a species-a fact that holds devastating consequences for the crew onboard the Nostrodamus. Now, as the spaceship journeys back to Earth, an unknown species is creeping and crawling in the ventilation shafts. As the radiation levels rise, the colony begins to hunt. The mineworkers must fight the onslaught to stay alive. Management was supposed to protect them from radiation and from an extraterrestrial infestation. But maybe they were lying all along. Now the crew must face the consequences. THE HALF BREED offers a nightmarish blend of sci-fi horror and thriller by bestselling author Nathan Harker. Behind the paranoia of an alien infestation and genetic mutation, this story is a homage to giants of the genre: Alan Dean Foster's Aliens, Prometheus, and Predator; H.P. Lovecraft's "The Call of Cthulhu"; and Stephen King's The Mist. Inspired by H.R. Giger, iGraphics Global created unsettling artwork for the series, encapsulating the phobia of alienation. This novel marks the debut of a franchise that explores extraterrestrial life, space travel, and the devilishly creepy horrors of outer space that chill the marrow in your bones and twist your mind.

They went to the ISS to do research- But something was already waiting for them. After a freak debris strike disables the station, astronaut Peggy Lace must fight to restore power and keep her injured partner alive. But Stefan Bossi claims something far worse is happening-aliens have implanted a cybernetic insect into his body. And it's moving. As the silence of space closes in and cosmic radiation intensifies, hallucination and horror collide. Are Stefan's visions a delusion . . . or a message from something out there? In their final moments, the line between love and survival blurs-and the truth behind Stefan's abduction claws its way to the surface. And love is the only thing keeping them alive. The Abduction of Stefan Bossi is the first teeth-grinding tale in Nathan Harker's Voids Untold, Mysteries Unfold-a series of grotesque alien short stories that twist fear, reality, and cosmic horror into something utterly extraterrestrial.

Globe was happy with her life as a Device in the Kingdom. It was a place where Devices and Users got along as equals, a place with no disease, no hunger, and no gods. She brought rain to the fields and was content to live out there five year lifespan and be fed to the Machine, to be reincarnated infinitely with all the other Users and Devices when it was their time. Or she was, until one feast day a starship is brought down in the nearby tunnels, and the survivors are round up and captured. The survivors are a band of humans, dangerous creatures that mimic the appearance of Users. From their captivity they immediately try to convince the Users that they are all trapped in some sort of prison. Globe doesn't like them, they don't treat her like a person, and she isn't sure if they are worthy to be fed to the Machine. However despite her best efforts to ignore them, she can't deny that something about what they're saying fills her with a deep sense of dread, and though she tries to suppress it, that dread only grows as she comes closest to the day that it's her turn to get fed to the Machine.
