Newtina Stories

This is a one-shot in which Newt is about to meet Tina again, months after he had to return to London in December. There's no misunderstanding concerning a fake engagement to Leta, no Grindelwald's threat anymore or a ban preventing Newt from traveling abroad. NOTE: I've decided to turn it into a multi-chapter. :-) Newt's POV.

It's 2040, technology dominates the world. Newt is an environmental activist. After a protest that went out of control, he gets targeted by dangerous people. To protect him Thesus leaves him in Tina's care. An android that was given to Thesus after its former owner perished.

I've fallen in love with Newt Scamander and I feel that I have to mend his damaged relationship with Tina after she believes he's got engaged to Leta Lestrange, because of a goddamned mistaken article published in the newspapers. This is a one-shot in which Grindelwald has been killed during his escape attempt and Credence tracked and located by Albus and Aberforth Dumbledore after they found out about the young man's true identity. Besides, the British Ministry of Magic never forbid Newt to travel abroad after the mass media declared him the unorthodox hero of New York (much to his utter embarrasment). So there's no interference, this is just pure romance and reunion for my latest addition to my list of favourite couples from fiction: Newtina. I hope you enjoy this. It's all from Newt's POV.

How do war and family and love go together? Answer: they don't. When Tina barely survives a battle against Grindelwald, lines are drawn, boundaries are crossed, and wires are twisted in the attempt to keep her alive. ____________________________ A few notes about my writing: -Always clean: no swearing, nothing inappropriate, etc. -This is to some extent a war story, so there's some traumatic/descriptive things -Lots of fluff though!! Don't worry, this isn't a depressing angsty story where everyone is dying and crying 24/7 -That's it, I think? Feedback is welcome and appreciated :)

Newt sighed serenely as he finished sorting things in his office, putting the stack of papers in a corner of his desk, checking that the bottles with animal poisons were covered, which he used to do since he was younger and began his investigation journeys. Back in those times, he would always travel alone. He smiled at the thought that now there were times when he was accompanied by Tina and in the case of not being able to travel with her for her work, he always knew that there was a person waiting for him in the house they shared in Dorset. _________________________________ One Shot
