Emily first enters the glade unware of who she was, or why she was in put in the maze in the first place . she was scared wether or not she would admit it, but what scared her the most was that even throught all this mayhem she was able to find love and friends in this world of madness.

All she could hear was the distant grinding of metal, and the soft buzz of electricity as she slowly gained consciousness. Her long lashes brushed against her cheek bones before parting and revealing her beautiful heterochromatic eyes to the dim blue lighting before they quickly shut in pain. Instantly her hand went to the cause of it. A deep gash rested on her hip bone, but grew shallower till it ended just below her ribcage. She sighed and forced her eyes open, ignoring the pain as she looked around warily. All around her were crates and barrels labeled W.C.K.D. Seeing the letters instantly caused her blood to run cold in gut wrenching fear as she quickly scrambled to stand up. She clenched her eyes shut and tried to breath through the sobs she could feel clawing up her throat as she rested her back against the walls of her cage. Suddenly her ride sped up and she yelped as she was thrown against a pile of crates, the rough wood catching her wound. She fell to the floor as the lights around her turned red and she was jerked to a stop. Her entire world turned black and she couldn't tell if it was from the pain or really happening. Images used unless it states otherwise are not mine! This is purely a work of fanfiction and I will not be using this story for personal gain. I only own Rain and the parts of the plot that I'm creating and don't follow the original story.

Months before Thomas shows up, a girl becomes the the greenie. To add to the weird factor, she shows up only knowing one name, and it's not her own. It's Newt's.

She had clearly not been sent to the maze by chance; there was a specific reason for her arrival. It was up to her to discover it, at her own expense and to her great misfortune. Maylin is a joyful girl. She is brave, energetic, and yet full of mystery. She was afraid of nothing, or at least that's what she let appear. Maylin was full of hope, she was their hope. When she came out of the box, she panicked. She didn't know who she was, where she was or why she was there, but the first thing that she did was run. Flighting away from the boys that were to confused of her being there to stop her. As she looked for a way out she saw the opening in the big walls. She ran fast, than faster. The boys sent one after her but in her panic she was to fast. Corner after corner. Everything looked the same. Until she saw someone laying on the floor. Thats when she stopped. Was he dead?

Before Thomas shows up, a young girl that came from inside the Maze disrupts the then peaceful life around the Glade.

"Serenity." That's all she remembered. And maybe a blurry face, a British accent, nothing more than a memory quickly fading. Maybe a name starts with an N. All memory of brighter days.

No matter how much she was happy for Newt, she couldn't help but wish that it was her instead of Thomas....

After Newt, Thomas, and Minho have finally destroyed Wicked once and for all the Right Arm takes them and sneaks them into the destroyed city of Chicago and live in it with the rest of its residents.
