Marthas world is dark and lonely. Out of frustration, she steals money and gets caught during her escape. This is how she meets Alex. Alex is a police officer, and the two seem strangely drawn to each other. Martha needs an adult, and Alex worries about her. This story might be true. It might have a true core. There is not just one truth. So who really knows...?
