Life isn't fair. It's that simple, right? Or maybe it isn't. We go through life trying to be the best person we can be. To everyone, that looks different. To my brother, the perfect person is popular. Cool. Loved. To me, that person is kind. Smart. Loving. Very different, my brother and I. He takes. I give. We're each half of the circle. Sometimes, he takes too much, so I make up for it by giving too much. Sometimes, I give too little, so he must take too little. Either way, one of us gets hurt. And usually it's me. Bullying. The endless cycle of people tearing other people down to make themselves feel better. Society normalizes it; choosing to ignore the harsh reality instead of admitting it allows the cruelty to continue. Allowing it to fester and grow. People refuse to recognize the effects of bullying at its worst. This is a story of the horrific effects of bullying.

We all have different views on poetry, but this is mine, fiiled with love, hate, fear, peace, joy, you know what, I think you get the point. I am not such an amazing poet as many of my poems seem bland to me. Words can out do even the best of art, simple words can describe endless possibilities, while art gives you a smaller picture.
