In a strange week, Normani runs into her four ex-girlfriends: Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, Camila Cabello, and Lauren Jauregui. All of their romances have the potential of being rekindled, but Normani can only choose one.

32 year old, Normani Kordei is running. Running for her past. A dark and scary past that she never wants to have to face again. She ends up in a small town called Kingston, North Carolina. There she starts again, getting a job as a teacher in a local middle school and soon finding new friends and new beginnings. Enter 34 year old, Camila Cabello, a widowed mother of two sons. She owns the local diner as well as the auto shop in town. She is the town's go to fix it woman and very beloved. She wasn't looking for love, she was happy with the way her life was but when Normani came to town, her whole world changed. At first Camila wasn't all too worried about it, but once a few months go by Camila is starting to feel the effects of the breakup. Camila can feel her heart ripping a hole inside her. It actually happened! 16 year old triplets Cole, Charlie, and Crystal Warner both decide it'd be best to take their 8 year old little brother Mason Warner and their 11 year old fill in sister, Riley Harper run away from the orphanage together.
