Notalone Stories

This is just some poetry that I've done, it's different, and might not be like some of the poetry you've read before. Here you go.

Hi loves! This book will be a collection of my thoughts and poems. When I'm having the worst times, I find that sometimes it makes things a bit easier to realize I'm not going through certain circumstances alone. I hope that through my raw emotions you will be able to find solace and understanding. If any of you needs an ear to listen feel free to message me, you've got this! You're never alone.

We all joke that there is no guide to widowhood, but at the same time we all learn different tricks and tips along the way and share with others. Well I am here to put them all together for someone else that could really use a guide to the club no one wants to be part of🤍

all poems are original works written by me from personal experiences. It has taken me a long time to be able to share them. My hope is that they will reach people who need to hear them. No mater what you are going through even if no one understands, you are not alone

How are you feeling right now? Happy, sad, angry...or something else? And what should you do when you feel those things? Each page includes a description of each feeling, similar ones, opposite ones-and, I think, most importantly, what to do if you feel those things. After all, we can't be happy all the time. I created this book to give some ideas of what you can do when things aren't going your way and how to deal with unwanted emotions.

This book is for when you feel alone in the world. When you feel like no one has pain like you can know in the world knows what you are going through. Its to make you feel A Little Less Lonley :)
