to show how cutting is not the only form of self harm, it shows how common things people do are also a form of self harm and are showing signs that they need help. It will also be from my point of view but I hope others can relate.

In some situations i can't find any reasons for staying alive. thats why i startet this book. it is for everyone, who needs some reasons... i hope it will also help me, to see all the beautiful things we can only see, when we are still alive.
