The book is about how I came to be.

Jack Harkness is under a lot of stress running his team, and recently controling his feelings. An old friend of his has decided to make herself world known as a mutant for taking a stand with Charles Xavior. But what happened between the Captain and the seemingly young mutant? What caused the tension between them? And what has caused the leader of Torchwood to be am emotional reck? And what if the girl isn't human at all? But when a mutant starts messing with the Weevils then he will have to call on his old friend. And some old emotions may be rekindled. But nothing last forever.
