After the surgery, the main character "Raphael" met the girl to ask her name but that girl simply said "It's I" cause she wants him to guess it himself. The girl has to move to another hospital due to her family's home. Then the two of them made one promise, that is they will find for each other when they grow up. So how will Raphael find the mysterious girl with only "I" as his clue? Or did he forget the promise that he made when he was a kid?
