The plot line is the only thing I own, characters and places in the following story are not my own, they belong to Masashi Kishimoto. I do plan on releasing a chapter every Friday until it is completed. Second chances are a blessing for everyone. Obito had died, but he died for the good of the war. The war that he started. Obito Uchiha is an office worker at his family's workplace. He keeps himself busy with work, work, and more work. But one day, his aunt asks him for help-to pick up Sasuke from school. Itachi has important work and can't make it, the same goes for Shisui, leaving Obito as the only option. Obito agrees, because he adores his nephew. That turns out to be the day he meets Sasuke's sensei. Their first meeting is a complete misunderstanding. The sensei thinks Obito is trying to kidnap one of his students and immediately moves to grab Obito's arm and flip him. Instead, Obito reacts faster-grabbing the sensei's arm and pinning him against the wall. Hearing Sasuke tell Obito to let him go, Obito immediately does so. The sensei, confused, asks if Sasuke knows him. Sasuke calmly explains that Obito is his uncle. The sensei instantly flusters, apologizing to Obito over and over again. That's how they meet-and how they start getting to know each other. "Sorry, I'm Hatake Kakashi." "Uchiha Obito." Watching the way they talk to each other, Sasuke gets an idea right away. He tells them to exchange numbers and even suggests setting a date if they want to properly apologize to one another. Sasuke is such a sweet, genius boy.

During the battle between Kakashi and Obito in the Kamui dimension, two of their jutsu collide and send them back to 'do it again' The timeline is messed up. The starting ages are-Kakashi is 6, Obito and Rin are 8 and Minato is 16. Their Shinobi ranks are-Kakashi is a chunin, Obito and Rin are genin, and Minato is a Jounin. In my story Obito and Rin became genin a month before the real plot takes place. The age difference for Minato and Kakashi are the same as canon and Obito and Rin are aged up by 2 years. "Now Itachi...you asked for it, so here it is at last." Sasuke proclaimed as the skies above roared with thunder, rain, and the young Uchiha's excitement from his dragon flames, getting what he believes will do the trick. "I'll make your death a reality." Sasuke made his way to top of the partially destroyed Uchiha hideout and looked down at his brother. "This jutsu guides the lighting down from the heavens, all I have to do is merely direct its power right at you." His hands sparked as he summoned his, hopefully, final weapon and he raised his arm. "Come Kirin!" He commanded and the lighting from took shape in the form of a dragon, its eyes just as bloodthirsty for the intended prey as much as its master's. "Now, be gone with a thunder clap." Sasuke brought his hand down to his feet and the Kirin retreated back into the sky before powerful blast of lighting strikes the earth, the impact turning more of the hideout into more rubble. Next thing the 16 year old found himself, still standing, but within the rubble, believing that he will find body of his estranged brother. But that is not the case.
