She's a girl born in 2005 with the spirit of 1969, navigating a college campus that feels too small for her thoughts. Professor Jeon is a man of logic and discipline. He's seen a thousand students, but none quite like the girl in the back row who smells of smoke and writes like she's lived a hundred lives. He's drawn to her light, unaware of the tangled family web she's trying to escape, or the secrets that connect them outside the classroom. As the air between them grows heavy with unspoken words and the scent of old paper, Jungkook finds himself mesmerized by the girl who refuses to fit the mold. FOREWORD This book is greatly inspired by one of my childhood fantasies Jess De Silva from the Mediator Series of Meg Cabot. Then another empowered female writer came in the picture, VE Schwab, who fed my fondness of paranormals with her Archived Series and City of Ghosts, which actually has the same near death experience as my character. I started this one a decade ago but life happens and I have to put this down for so long until this pandemic. Time was sufficient thus I turn to my hobbies to make the most of the gift of time. One of them is writing. Originally, this was just for me. To test my capabilities, to put my mind into writing, but then in the course of penning this, I decided to share this with you, to those who would rather live in their own fictional worlds. Afterall, we are all in-betweens bounded by our fears of not being enough or not doing enough. May this remind you of the power of trying and that you do not have to be enough for others. You just have to be enough for yourself. Also, may we all be embolden by our real life worlds, though tiring and crazy, to build our own. Cliché, but fictions are created to make our reality bearable. For those who still think that they are stuck, sharing this escape with you. - Taraa Muñoz

Hey there!! My name is Ryan, I'm a 13 year old female. I have the mental age of the 55 year old, and the music taste of your drunk aunt at family gatherings, ranting about the good old days of rock. I have serious anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia. My father is a drug addict, and a certified narcissist. He has bipolar disorder, and had a rocky childhood. Also a serious republican, so he has all the best ingredients for an intense douche bag. I try to protect my little sister from both my father and everything else. She's like my child. Anyway, I usually will upload at night, or early in the morning, possibly every other week/weekend. Okay, now that we have the basics down, happy reading!

We all have a destiny. We all live. We experience tragedy, love, life and death. So many aspects of our lives we cannot control. The question is how to deal with it all.
