**Characters belong to the lovely Stephanie Garber** Taking place after A Curse for True Love, Evangeline Fox and Jacks are trying their best to live their life happily now that they are in love. As they navigate through their relationship, they encounter discussions and events in their lives that can either strengthen their love or add tension to their blossoming love. Evangeline and Jacks adore spending time with one another, enjoying the small routines of their new life and taking care of each other like their life depends on it. Most of the time, loving each other is as easy as breathing, but that doesn't mean it will constantly be easy. Between reuniting with exes such as Donatella and Luc, along with getting to know each others deepest fears, Evangeline and Jacks will have to learn to navigate their love in order for it to last a lifetime.

My eyes go white as I prophesy, "Tears of blood, heart for love. Nights of fear, heartbreak draws near." I shake my head, swaying slightly as fatigue sweeps through me.
