Now the nurses, of course, they were there too, they were there constantly choking him, forcing the colored pills down his throat. He wasn't just the amusement of the place. No, he was the beast of the place. Adam was suffering from insanity. Insanity from being locked in one single room for eleven years. Eleven years he has been stuck in the psychiatric hospital. He couldn't get out and he couldn't be saved, so what was left for him? What was there for the beast besides death? There was only one answer, one answer that not even he knew just yet, but it would all start with a single name. That single name that would bring a new feeling to that white room. And you somehow fall in love WITH THIS GIRL? And then you get married with... Oh wait, that can't happen! HA HA, why would I even think about that. I mean, I'm only 17. And I'm a vampire... The life of a vampire is very different though... Ash: My life is really weird. I mean REALLY weird. Having a hot guy as your dorm room partner isn't so bad, until you start to fall in love with him. And finding out your part of a prophecy... not something that happens to everybody. Then, realizing that you have an affinity for fire. Plus having lots of drama between your friends isn't fun either, but that happens to every teenage girl. But then you find out your mother is an evil maniac who became a werewolf after all this happens. And being kidnapped is NOT fun!!! So, yeah...weird.

But at the single mention of Blanch, they would turn into sullen men and women, and gloomy little children with downcast eyes and hushed voices. Journalist from the kingdom of Factious City, Harold P William is avidly curious about the queer weather and the pleasant-to-a-fault people of Mysticity. And mostly, their mysterious dislike for the word, Blanch. Blanch, however has problems of her own to deal with, and her patience with the nosy journalist is quickly running thin. He only wants to help, and help is a foreign word to her ears. Blanch's problems can't be helped, as far as she knows. And Harold is unrelenting in his questioning and infuriatingly determined in solving her problems, and beating the White Bite. But no problem is ever solved easily, and really, what harm is there in just one bite?
