A love story about the band Foreigner. The other bands will make an appearance later in the story. I also added more characters. I apologize for the badly written tiny smut part as I've never written it before. I hope you enjoy!

They rid of all music except modern pop to eliminate diversity, keeping only one artist from each state in the music industry. They stop anyone from going in or out of the country and kick out all those not born within the now-armed borders. And that's just the beginning of what they call "The Great Reformation," the grand change of the United States government and all of its operations. All because the United Kingdom has turned against the nation and declared war, or so President Nathaniel Carter says. Carter, as the dictator, begins to tell citizens certain things, things that Ryan Tedder and his bandmates, Zach, Eddie, Brent, and Drew, don't actually buy. After all, physicist Niels Bohr once said, "The best weapon of a dictatorship is secrecy." Along with this chaos, Ryan is trying to deal with the stress of Ramona becoming distant due to her past reappearing, and the new rules and regulations making his career walk on a tightrope. The national anthem may say otherwise, but the United States is no longer the land of the free and the home of the brave. Not with the new government. Ryan was a fun,smart,charming and very handsome man not to mention he was the wealthiest bachelor in Colorado State. He had divorced two years ago and had been left with full legal custody of his five year old daughter Emely-Rose Tedder, who was the most important person to him in the world. His family was always introducing him to well known women in hopes to see him get married again and have a mother for Emely. but his plans were complete opposite from his family's, not to mention he has hidden from them the fact that he was the lead singer in a pop/rock band named OneRepublic, all except from his daughter. Emely was the one who really knew her dad and who really will knew when Mrs. Right finally appeared, but will her daddy know?.

After a few disappointments in his life, Ryan builds his perfect world made up of dreams and tries to find it in his reality. He will be surprised how sometimes dreams really come true, even if it's not the way we want. (Working on description, it might change later)

This is the prequel to the OneRepublic fanfic called "Forgetting You". Léonie has just moved to Denver and doesn't know a single person in town. She meets a guy named Ryan at church and he says he'll show her around Denver. They start to talk and they find themselves in love with each other. Ryan decides to move to LA to pursue a career in music and Léonie will stop at nothing to help him.

The title of this book was inspired by the song Rain by Hollywood undead(They are a great band listen to them) This book will be a series of short stories in the form of letters talking about relatable topics, I like writing about more sensitive topics that dig deep, but I may put a few lighter topics in here so it's not completely dark.
