This is kind of like an alternate universe to Orphan Black where Helena is not after the girls, there is no monitors and Cosima never met Delphine. When Cosima meets one of the most beautiful girls in college she wants nothing more than to be friends with her and maybe more, so we Cosima ever get the chance to be close to this girl or will she find out about Cosima being a clone and will that be too much for Stella.

Palm sweating, heart pounding, and she couldn't breathe--that's how Cosima felt. But it wasn't because of her lungs collapsing or anything. It was because of the beautiful blonde sitting in front of her across the table, looking up at her with her wide eyes, happiness twinkling in them. She'd been dying for this moment to come, to be able to pop the most important question she'd ever ask in her life. And to be quite honest she was nervous as hell. She couldn't believe that this was it. No turning back now, not when Delphine already have figured out what's in her mind and figured out what her "surprise" was.

Cosima is sick and slowly dying, Delphine and Sarah are right by her side. And Sarah is slowly falling in love with Delphine. Sarah is trying to maintain a relationship with Paul and Kira as well as her sisters but she's finding it difficult. Paul is working for the military again. But everything changes when she meets the new foreign exchange student Delphine. Not only does this girl change her story of life, she also gives her a reason to fight to live.
