Y/n L/n is an honor student for class 3-A. Because of her status as a commoner, she usually gets little to no attention that isn't negative. Those who aren't awful to her, tend to just forget she exists due to how quiet she is. But this all begins to change when she rushes into class late one monday morning, hair a mess, glasses askew on her face, and a large coffee in one hand, school bag in the other, apologizing profusely. Honey looks back at her, seeming to really notice her for the first time. Her curls going everywhere, her adorable freckles, complemented by the glasses she was fixing on her face, and the tee shirt that highlighted the curves on her, he watched, mesmerized as she took her seat in front of him, and threw her hair up in the messiest bun in the world, and something in him seemed to stop for a minute. Something about this common girl had him blushing red in front of the whole class. Suddenly, his world got a whole lot more interesting.

Ouran Academy is an elite upper school catering to the ultra-rich. Haruhi and Michiru Fujioka are middle-class scholarship students, Haruhi on an Academic Scholarship and Michiru on a Music Scholarship, both rarities at the school. While searching for a quiet place to study, Haruhi stumbles upon an unused music room which turns out to be the club room for the Ouran Host Club - a group of idle rich boys, possessing exceptional good looks, who entertain female clients. After accidentally knocking over a priceless Rennaissance vase that's worth far more than Haruhi could possibly repay (¥8 million), she is forced to join the Host Club as an "errand boy" to work off her debt. Michiru is quick to her sister's side to help her repay this debt and quickly becomes a server for the Club as well. Soon after, however, Haruhi proves to be a natural host (no training needed) and Michiru seems to be attracting more attention than anticipated from the girls. Both are promoted to full status as Host and Hostess of the Ouran Host Club. It is soon discovered that things are a bit more complicated than they may seem as hearts are tested. ** I will be basing this story on the anime adaptation as well as the live-action adaptation of Ouran High School Host Club.
