Clara Moore's life has never been easy. Her father left her at a very young age, her mother won't even look at her, and she lives with an abusive step father. Her life couldn't seem any worse, right? Wrong. Clara was found to be legally Deaf at a young age of six. She was constantly bullied for her lack if hearing, and only grew up with one friend in her life. There were many times when Clara didn't want to go on living, but she prevailed through with the help of music and her favorite band, Maroon 5. Clara finally gets the chance of a lifetime. Her best friend, Kate, bought her two tickets to go see Maroon 5 in concert live. She finally gets to meet the people who have saved her life so many times. But what happens when Adam Levine starts to take a special liking to Clara?

She and her friend, Sarah, live in L.A. and go to one of Maroon 5's concerts there and something very unusual happens while Adam is on stage, leading Adam and Nicole to cross paths at a restaurant after the show.
