These are one shots of Rachel Halstead, Jay Halstead, and Will Halstead from different ages, before their mom's and dad's death! So, these will be one shots from when Rachel is born till the time Jay and Will officially move out for college, leaving Rachel with their dad. So, we'll be doing one shots where Rachel's the ages of 0 - 6 years old. I'll also add some of where Rachel's older (till the age of 13), when Jay and Will are away in college and come to visit. This story is the same as the one I uploaded 7-18-2020 but based around Tim's point of view since he was the responding officer in that story as well. I just wanted a story where Tim apologizes to Riley and figured what better way then as soon as he get's the test results

This story is SOMEWHAT based on a real world event (thankfully no one was injured). In the real world event no one was using the welder at the time and there was no water involved. In the real world one of the outlets went bad due to too much grid dust causing the welder to arc out (shoot a bunch of sparks from where the wires go into the machine its self.) I do apologize for a late upload (supposed to have been uploaded Friday 2-28-2020 but I had a busy weekend)
