Cinder Mellark didn't know what happened to her mother. She heard whispers as she walked by, talks of birds and whispers of revolution. Everyone seemed to know her name and stared at her wherever she went. Cinder didn't know what happened to her mother, all she knew was that she was gone, and her and her brother Rye were oblivious as to what happened to her. This is Cinder's reality: Her father cries most nights, and spends most days in the empty house next door to theirs. When the world is too much, she writes letters to her mother, in the hope that when she comes back, she can read them and catch up. They trudge to the main square each year, for the reaping. The poor mine coal and starve to death without the bat of an eyelid from the Capitol. There is rubble that surrounds the streets and she doesn't know why. Her father loves her and Rye but she can see he's hurting. He whispers things under his breath. Whispers words like 'Revolution.'

It's months after the rebellion, Peeta and Katniss have been able to slowly rebuild their relationship, but the demons they faced still haunt them. Katniss has to learn how to control her fears, how to deal with her past, and learn how to release her wings.

"It hit me like a stake to the heart...I was pregnant." Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark survived the 74th annual hunger games but they have more ahead of them. Relationships change and drama will come. Events lead to events that no one expected. (hunger games fanfic...I did change some events of course so don't criticize me for it)

After the quarter quell, Haymitch rescues Peeta as Katniss made him promise. The Capitol takes Katniss and hijacks her to think she should be scared of Peeta. In district 13, Peeta is so heartbroken over Kat that he refuses to help the rebellion until she is rescued.

Katniss Everdeen was just a normal girl until she was picked to participate in the Princess Games. Twelve girls from each district compete against each other to be Prince Peeta's wife. Will Katniss win? Will they start a family?

Willow Mellark is the daughter of Peeta and Katniss. Since she was born there has always been cameras in her face. She knew her mother and father were famous for many things, such as becoming victors and winning the rebellion. But other than that...she knew nothing. Until, her younger brother Rye gets kidnapped. Willow is then shown her parents past and who she really is the daughter of.

I wake up screaming, it's night like these that I really miss having Peeta to comfort me. I look down at the necklace I got from Annie, any had taken Peetas pearl and made it into a necklace. I never take it of. I go downstairs to and lay down on the sofa. The phone rings and it keeps ringing for a while. It's probably the doctor and I'm not in the mood to be spoken to like an insane person right now. I don't know what to do so I end up thinking about the games. About little Rue who died in my arms, or Peeta and me in that cave. I can't stay in here I run outside and around the side of my house, because now I'm pretty sure I can scream at the dead. When I see him, I pull up short. His face is flushed from digging up the ground under the windows. In a wheelbarrow are five shaggy bushes. "You're back," I say.

Commencing just after the final chapter in 'Mockingjay', the life of Katniss and Peeta and how they learn to live and cope with each other and how peeta and Katniss finnaly grow back toghter.
