A daily journal I have a bad mental health, my family just keeps on ragebaiting me, i cry about everything, i have attention span of 10 seconds, i suck at focusing, all my friends left for college when i couldn't get one so i am (was) in a gap year for my medical entrance exam which is on 3rd may,2026 and i am lacking behind a lot. so stay tuned if i pass the exam or pass away🤘 I really wanna survive through this so i'll be posting about progress and problems so i can get into med school so people stop thinking i am dumb and i FINALLY move out of this house😭🙏🏻 Also if anyone reading is suffering through anything in life, i hope you know that you're not alone, keep fighting and never give up IT GETS BETTER! This is not a book for comfort. This is a book for men who are tired of lying to themselves. The world is loud, weak, and addicted to validation. Most people drown in noise, emotions, and excuses. This book was written to forge silence inside chaos. The Samurai's Stillness is a disciplined guide to mastering the mind, killing the ego, and standing unshaken while others collapse. It does not motivate. It commands. Every page cuts away illusion and exposes the truth most are afraid to face.

I only started this whole thing because I felt like this was a way for me to let my feelings out and to practice writing poetry. I don't even know where to begin with poetry. I don't even know if what I'm saying counts as poetry. Anyways, I'm still learning.
