(Aru x Aiden forever :D) (Also, this takes place right after Aru Shah and The City Of Gold.) The first time that the pandavas met Kamadeva, it went well. They returned his bow, and he gave them magical gifts. This time, however, things go sour. Kamadeva curses Aru, saying that she is doomed to fall in love with someone who didn't love her back. (Looks like he learned a few tricks from Aphrodite...) Fortunately... that curse might not be true. Aru's POV- I've always liked Aiden. Forever, and ever, and ever... But now he knows. I just feel SO AWKWARD around him. (I mean like, more than I already do, obviously.) After he kissed me... we both try to forget it ever happened, even if I don't want to. I... I feel like he wants nothing to do with me. Actually, I don't think that kiss changed anything. We still try our best to avoid talking to each other one-on-one. That might not be possible with Kamadeva's curse though... Aiden's POV- I've always thought of Aru as a friend for the past few years, but somewhere along the way... things changed. I started to view her differently. I noticed things that I never did before... The way her hair was always tucked behind her ear, the way that her skin glowed when she was in battle, the way her eyes were filled with such beauty... Why am I noticing them now? Did... something change between us? And my biggest question of all... why DID I kiss her?

This is a collaboration between sleep-can-wait and Loife1m. Music had always been a part of Aru's life. It had been something that she had created to represent something both she and her sister treasured and loved. Something that had let her translate her emotions into something breathtaking and wonderful during that period of unhappiness. That something gave her happiness. But then she left and nothing was the same, her performances took a toll and she didn't allow her movements and voice to tell her story anymore.
