    This poem spoke through me when I was in a meeting listening to the executive leadership of my organization. The leaders gave speeches about team spirit, coming together, and doing more, with less. Then I thought about my toddler and how he looks at me like I am the leader of our family's organization. While observing my leaders in both fear and respect, I realized that I was in the same position as my son but in a different role. When this came to my awareness, this poem started to call through me. Scribbling on some notes, I started to jot down the wording and listen to how it was supposed to be broken up.
