Prologue Stories

It has been three months since the dragonets "prophecy" came to fruition. Every Tribe was trying to adapt to the new peace, something that hasn't been experienced in years. For one particularly stubborn tribe, (cough cough, Nightwings, cough cough), they are having a rather rough time, just with the fact that they aren't constantly surrounded by lava and death. Though, one dragonet adapts slightly faster, (mostly due to not wanting to starve again), which leads to a... Rainwing, stalking him. Yeah, a Rainwing. Such unrefined creatures... they do so many strange things, they should be considered a subspecies of Dragons. - During a sudden Tribe meeting, a life changing event occurs for every Dragon present, a particularly "violent" and "blinding" one. (Ominous foreshadowing)-(Me personally, I would have tanked it) - Example dialogue: (this is used in the story) Kiwi freezes for a moment and the orange she is holding falls to the platform "huh?... well... I wouldn't call it stalk..." Fateseaker cuts her off immediately, "You watch me, from the shadows, while invisible... that's stalking", he continues eating. Kiwi scrunches her face up, trying to think of a sarcastic remark or something to defend her actions with, but alas, poor Kiwi can't think of a proper comeback, so she sits there looking like a agitated yet bloated crocodile. - (A story about Breaking "Fate") Writing gets better with each chapter. WIP chapters are technically "finished", but I'll add more details, better grammar, etc. The edited chapters will have a (rewritten # times) at the beginning. (Just a little disclaimer, this story will have some darker themes starting at chapter 5)

She thought her life would always be like this until she meets someone who appreciates her efforts-her pocket of sanctuary-someone who takes care of her and loves her for who she truly is, not for her achievements, but for her own character.

Japanese title as: 工藤新一への挑戦状～さよならまでの序章～. This is my story adaptation of the first Detective Conan live action special of the same name. This story mixed up with the part of the special's, The Great Detective Turned Small, plot including two first episodes' plots but there are few changes in this story. The half of a story begins with the high school detective who narrates this story had given a challenge letter by someone who have grudges against him and trying to solve the case on their schooltrip, following to the next half that leads to his transformation into a child which the main storyline began.
