Album One: Fresh Scars Fresh Scars is a raw and unapologetic exploration of grief, trauma, and the scars that shape us-an emotional odyssey that stretches across the spectrum of pain, resilience, and healing. Each track dissects a different facet of suffering-whether it's the loss of love, the end of a friendship, the bitterness of betrayal, or the haunting memory of a loved one's absence. Unlike typical narratives of victimhood, Fresh Scars refuses to shy away from complexity, portraying both the anguish and the empowerment that trauma can ignite. Some tracks pulse with rage, like a defiant exhale in the face of reality, while others simmer with introspective bitterness, giving voice to the petty aspects of healing. The album takes the listener through an emotional venting session, yet with the distinct flair of someone who refuses to be boxed into a single narrative. From the sorrow of lost love to the sharp sting of broken bonds, the songs in Fresh Scars encompass a wide range of experiences. Shying away from constant victimhood, some moments resonate with instigation in the aftermath of pain, almost indignant. This album is as much about reclaiming power as it is about confronting loss.

Y/N has been training most her life for a shot at getting signed to the company her brother Eric works in as a camera man and it finally happened. Impact Wrestling officially signed her but what happens when she gets there? How does her big brother react when he sees her there? At the same time she meets a man who has peaked her interest not to long after her debut. All rights to their respective owners. I only came up with the main character, her brother and the storyline. This is my first story I've written please let me know if your enjoying it. Also tell me if there's any mistakes I'll try to correct them.

After what felt like an eternity, Laney finally built up the courage needed to insert the album into the CD player her mom had gifted her for Christmas. Track upon track, it hit her like a high-velocity train, but what affected her the most was Dave's cynical tone, his voice blasting through the speakers with almost too much indifference and casualty for someone who lived through all of what his music conveyed. Maybe that was his way of showing her that he was over it, and over her. That it didn't hurt anymore. Or maybe it was the exact opposite. Maybe it showed how much it hurt, how much she had torn him. Maybe that was his way of punishing her for everything that they went through. Or maybe it was both or none at all. Whatever the case it was, the truth was that Laney could hear herself portrayed in the words he sang, moments and memories of their brief, but intense, time together broken down into melodic poems. Reminding her of how good and right it had felt, and of how she had ruined it when she opted to put herself, and herself only, first.
