Amblypygi are a nocturnal group of arachnids, commonly called whip spiders or tailless whip scorpions [...] Amblypygids also have spiny, raptorial pedipalps that are used for defense and to capture prey. Amblypygids possess no silk glands or venomous fangs and are harmless to humans. Amblypygids can live around 5-10 years and are found in warm tropical and subtropical regions worldwide. They seek refuge during the day in crevices of trees, rocky outcroppings or cliff banks, underneath rocks or bark, and come out at night to be active.

"6,000 Guys like you", the 8th volume in my series The Right People, centers on the planning and execution of a staged hijacking to secure of the escape from Germany of the surviving Palestinian perpetrators of the Munich Olympic Games attack ahead of the 1972 federal elections. To accomplish this, Tom and his friends travel to Syria, Libya and Egypt, where they negotiate with representatives the Libyan government and the Palestinians over the terms of the prisoners' release. Back in Germany, at the German Ministry of Defense on the Hardthöhe in Bonn, they witness the dramatic events during and immediately after the hijacking of the Lufthansa Boeing 727 Kiel. Along the way, two of Tom's friends, Hamit and Phil, encounter a pair of street musicians in Ireland who prove to be IRA couriers, as well as an ambitious figure determined to become the world's largest hashish dealer. The months portrayed in this volume are marked by tension, intrigue, and escalating stakes. Although the novel is grounded in extensive research into the historical context, it is a work of fiction. All characters, including public officials mentioned, as well as the events depicted, are entirely fictional. New chapters are published every Friday. The cover photo depicts the German war memorial in Tobruk/Libya

Legend says That at crossroads you sell your soul to the devil, If you want something in life. The devil then follows you Follows you wherever and does whatever to get your soul But my soul and my body Was sold for me Not to the devil, but something much worse My body was sold to the bazaar And if i'm in the right mind I'd say That the bazaar was much worse than making a foolish Deal with the devil. Nilaya has never felt like she had a home. As the bastard child of her honored father, she has known her whole life that she is unwanted. Now she has been sent across the country to be the wife of a man she has never met in a centuries-old marriage ceremony to promote unity throughout her politically unsettled country. Needless to say, she is not happy with this fate. To her surprise, her husband-to-be isn't too thrilled with the prospect of a forced marriage either. Together they decide to publicly pretend to be in love for the sake of tradition, but privately have nothing to do with each other and live their own lives. No attraction, no feelings, and especially no children. For the first time, Nilaya has security. She slowly begins to bond with her new family and makes unlikely friends and enemies within the new household. She thrives in her preparations to be the next lady of the province. With civil war threatening to break out, Nilaya has unexpected and exciting opportunities to play an important role in trying to keep her country together. She starts to wonder if she may love her new life--and the people in it. Unforeseen disaster strikes that threatens both her country and the people she cares about. It's time for Nilaya to admit her feelings and find the courage to fight for her country, her family, her love, and her home. [TEMPORARILY ON HOLD]-undergoing revision All rights reserved.

1st place in the #gazawritesback competition. A young boy. From Gaza. Missing things that are needed, and yet you can't say anything, they're choking you though not in a direct way, your sitting on the ground, with your ripped pants and shirt, but it's not because it's the new fashion no its something entirely different, it's because of them, they stopped all the suppliers from helping you out, they took control over water and food, over electricity and other important things. All of that was a reason of why people died and passed away. But I didn't say it was the only reason... Copyright © 2017. All rights reserved.

"2 Truths and a Lie" poignantly illustrates the grim existence of those trapped amidst war, weaving together short yet powerful vignettes. The tales unveil the raw human suffering, fear, and moral ambiguity, showing how war distorts reality and blurs the lines between truth and deceit, survival and morality.
