Charlotte, Kevin, Emma, Jacob, and Micha have been best friends since they met in preschool. Fourteen years later they are still best friends and although they have personal issues their friendship has stood the test of time. That was until six months ago. A breakup occurs leaving the group to divided with Kevin in the middle. Soon the group has separated only saying hi and bye in the hallway. Then tragedy struck. Kevin commits suicide. This sends the rest of the group into a spiral of emotion and causes the problems they have to intensify. Seeing the chaos happening around her, Charlotte begins to do what Kevin has tried to do for six months and bring everyone back together. But she soon realizes that it isn't going to be easy. Especially because she hates to see the people she loves hurting. And also because her love for a member of the group is tested when he begins to play with her heart; leaving her to question whether she can actually help her friends come together.
