Trauma, it isn't something as simple as it may seem. Something really bad happens and then you can't forget it? Sure that's trauma, but there is so much more that isn't said. The nightmares, the flashbacks, the random moments when you start crying and screaming because things in your head just aren't making sense, the blackouts and even worse is when you don't know what you are traumatized about.
