She said she did not break into her neighbour's house and she said she did not kill anyone but an unsure voice in her stopped her from believing herself. Britt was a parasomniac so she could not control what she did in her sleep and there was no way for her to remember her actions after, either. So what if she was really guilty of the accusations made by the Harrisons? She could not put anyone else's life at risk so agreeing to get admitted in Teresa Nursing Home was her only option. It was when she became an inmate there, that she was exposed to her brother's secrets. Set in a plight for the same, she chose to keep it a secret making Dr. Dan suspicious of why she would not let him help her. * * * To all the mysteries to be unravelled... by a parasomiac.

Parasomnia: Sleep terrors are episodes of screaming, intense fear and flailing while still asleep. Also known as night terrors, sleep terrors often are paired with sleepwalking. Like sleepwalking, sleep terrors are considered a parasomnia - an undesired occurrence during sleep. In some cases odd movements occur. A person may lie flat, lift the head or upper body, and then forcefully hit his or her head on the pillow over and over. This in particular is called rhythmic movement disorder, which also has been called "head banging," also can involve movements such as rocking on hands and knees. The disorder usually occurs just after a person falls asleep.
