Foreword This little book was born out of many moments where I wished I had paused - moments where my words ran ahead of wisdom, and my thoughts weren't as guarded as they should've been. Life has a way of testing what we truly believe. It's easy to speak faith when everything feels steady, but the real test comes when emotions rise, misunderstandings happen, or silence feels too heavy. In those moments, I've learned that the pause is where peace lives. I'm writing this because I know how powerful words can be - they create, they heal, they destroy, they rebuild. I've seen what happens when we speak from an unguarded place, and I've also seen the beauty that unfolds when we let grace do the talking. This is not a long read, but it's a real one. Seven days of gentle wisdom, quiet conviction, and small reminders that your mind and mouth were both meant to serve purpose - not pressure.
