Leafy and Firey had been long time friends, starting as early as in their early childhood. They have been best friends ever since they could remember but one day.. tragic happened. Leafy had to move away because of her parents getting a promotions and kind of ignoring how she and her twin-brother felt about this. Luckily, they still had contact and this summer they would actually get to meet eachother. An idea I've had for over a year now! It's not often you see someone make a What If into a 'story'...heh. As of writing, Golfball is doing great in TPOT in canon. Imagine though; she gets eliminated in BFB 8 instead of 8-Ball. Will 8-Ball develop? Will any other characters get affected by this change? Is Golfball still able to make a big impact on the BFDI lore? Maybe even a bigger one than in canon? No one knows... Well, this book does actually, but- Yeah ok that's enough- Anyway, BFB 8-TPOT 12 were done a year ago, but it has been edited. NOT the ideas tho usually. It's mostly just grammar editing and adding some other stuff in some parts. TPOT 13 and onward on the other hand were written recently, as of writing this description. Sry if it seems like this is biased to a certain someone (I honestly can't tell if it is tbh...), I js can't help it XP For those that are aware of my other AU, Respect; NO, THIS WHAT IF HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!! The 20 original contestants from the first season of BFDI work for Spiralstar Entertainment, a children's TV program that has dark secrets. Pencil really hates being there, but cant leave. The company won't let her quit. Slowly, each of contestant starts acting... off. Forced smiles, unusually acting fine, they act... too happy. Too happy to notice the chaos. Pencil must snap them out of the trance, try to escape, or find out who's running this company and end it. this is inspired by the song Mesmerizer by 32ki
