Dan is quiet and alone, with little faith in his abilities, but with the comfortable and kind-hearted Phil he will learn to flourish in the wizarding world. This is a chaptered story with each chapter a oneshot in its own right. A brief summary will be at the beginning of each part if you wanna just dip in and read a couple that you like the sound of.

Dan is an orphan, his parents disowned him after finding out he was a werewolf. He now lives alone in the forest trying to hide his deepest secret while getting bullied at school. He brings purpose back to Dan's life. He meets Phil in 2009. He makes him laugh like no one ever has before. The questioning thoughts go away. Watch as Phil starts to discover the harsh world for himself through his weekly letters to Dan. Watch as he comes to terms with his sexuality and to the realisation that his parents are not generally very nice people. Teenage life really hits hard on Phil, but he knows he can always rely on Dan's weekly letters to get him through another week, well that is until something happens that changes everything forever.
