People that loves rain are called pluviophiles. The word pluviophile comes from the Latin word "pluvial," which means rain, and "phile," which denotes a thing or a person. Therefore, a pluviophile is a lover of rain, or someone that finds joy and peace of mind during the rainy days. It's raining again. I'm trying to fight my urge to bathe in it but to no avail. Somehow, it soothes me. It calms the storm brewing inside me. Though the rain can't stop my silent tears flowing. I knew it right from the start. I never should've started it. I should've known better.

Ever heard that you shouldn't put a vase on a piano? That's because the water could spill and make the wood swell. But, what if pianos could feel pain? And every molecule that touches them hurts. Well, enough about that, meet Rie. Rie Nakamura is a 16 year old piano prodigy, to the rest of the world that is, and that's because every time she plays, it feels like something is wrong with her music, but other people don't notice.They don't feel the "incompleteness" that Rie feels. So Rie stops competing, constantly playing at home, trying to figure out what was wrong with her music or possibly just her. Will Rie find what's "missing" from her music?

Pluviophile: A person who finds joy and peace in the rain, who loves rain. From her room's window, she watched. A sketchbook steadily by her side, a pencil caressing its surface as a radio played gentle music, not loud enough to interrupt the sounds of the rain. A pure feeling of bliss bubbled up in her stomach as she watched the rain beat down.
