I offered my hand to you so we could dance the night so gracefully, and the moon pretended she didn't notice how we looked at each other.

In this Poetry Anthology, I have gathered all those verses that have illuminated my life's journey from 2010 to today, a wonderful journey paved with intimate emotions and existential reflections. Each poem is a tiny fragment of my soul, a path that meets the purity of children, gently embracing the essence of love. Words born from the urgency to give voice to humanity, addressing dramatic themes of pain but also filled with hope, fiercely condemning violence against women, racism, and the senselessness of war. Navigating through the pages, I will discreetly take you into my melancholic thoughts during persistent moments of despair linked to irreplaceable family losses, in the candid memories connected to my mother who still reverberates in my senses; caresses dedicated to friends, companions of the road and ideals; and finally, I will invite you to immerse yourself in my deep inner dialogue with the universe, where stars and planets become symbols of eternally precious beauty, so distant yet also radically embedded in every iridescent dream of mine. This edition, deliberately devoid of my usual digital illustrations, is a return to pure and intense poetry: a gentle invitation to share this journey of words, emotions, and softly whispered images.

A short story scene with some poetic lines and sorrow, with a spice of heartbreak. Let me tell you, the reference of coffee, movies, popcorns and brownies, are actually a reference to the heart-fluttering feelings, which we get when we are with the person we love. I wanted to make a story as well as write a poem, so i combined both of them and wrote a 'poetic story'. *hehe* Enjoy.

A rose in the dark flows-soft and silent like love once whispered, now lost to shadows. It carries the ache of heartbreak, blooming with beauty even in sorrow, a symbol of love that lived, lingered, and faded into the night.

Not even close to being called a poet. But I write...I write when I'm inspired by something. This is a collection of a few #selfmusing lines that I pen down once in an eternity 😁 Hope you enjoy it! ♥️
