A free verse poem that showcases all the storm rummaging inside my head.

Coming to the terms of life is difficult I, sense but with with winds that came across patting my back with reassurance that life holds more than what I, expected and made me move along swaths of grass and asked me to take in the fragrance, devoured the freshness from the mist of serenity, walked into the portals of nothingness, where I could feel the hollowness of eternity and a mere of thought of no pain and no rain of happiness, moves towards the infinity of lives where life is nothing a matter of living during the course of breaths we take in order to rein the horses of uneven moments, love and loss is a matter of wants and wishes, embers of past are mere spangles in the amber of feelings, parchment of heart seeks feathers of flights to fly in the Elysium of silence, where no matter exists and no distance matters, now nothing matters to me as life is a matter of continuity or lives or for eternity I seek the hollowness of destiny, where destiny would wonder to be what's the matter and point of it's own existence and entity ©prasannakkumar

The words I wanted to tell him

this book is full of unexpressed emotions....that's all I can say

A collection of raw and heartfelt poems about love that never came, nights filled with questions, and the ache of feeling unwanted. These verses speak of loneliness, overthinking, and the fragile hope that someone might stay. For every soul that has ever felt unseen, this book is a mirror of your silent battles.

Wishing Upon a star is a collection of poems. Each of which tells a story. They may or may not be interrelated.The story that ends in the first poem may or may not continue in the second. All the lines make their way from an ordinary and common teenage girl's heart as she grows and travels towards adulthood. The poems jump and land at all the common 'troubles' a teenager goes through thinking "No one in the globe is going through what I am facing" "No one can understand me!" Remember a girl is a princess of her kingdom and when the princess grows so does her title, responsibility, personality and heart. Note: Each poem expresses raw emotions. Some poems, ends with a solution, while some just go round in circles. Just like life.
