Ben is a Chinese Malaysian barrister, married to a woman 12 years his senior and father to their young daughter. He is devoted to making his family happy and proud of his work. Cyd is a young and witty lady from the Philippines who wants nothing to do with him. They meet in Brunei's biggest law firm and the only sparks that flew between them are frustration and distrust when the need to work together arises. Suddenly, Cyd starts having strange dreams involving Ben and somehow her dreams are finding their way to her reality. Is it only Cyd who is having these strange dreams or is Ben slowly becoming afraid of closing his eyes to sleep at night, lest he meets her again in his dreams? They know that they cannot be together and yet their fates seem to say otherwise as every dream draws them closer.

A collection of short and sweet/bittersweet love stories. They might last upto two or three or more chapters though. These stories are not neatly tied. They have open endings so that the readers can imagine what happened next. They are going to be from different genres but romance, teen fiction and magical realism are the main themes. So *cue awkward silence *. OK I suck at story descriptions. Sorry. Bye. Do read it (๑•́ ₃ •̀๑). P. S. There will be usage of swear words. My story most probably falls in the PG 13 category.

Ceci est un ouvrage qui raconte mon experience et celle de ma mamie. Même si elle ne saura pas, je rendrai son histoire célèbre. S'il y a des fautes d'orthographe je m'en excuse. C'est ma première histoire. Depuis toute petite, j'ai toujours été avec ma mamie. Elle m'a appris tant de choses. J'ai toujours su qu'elle a un affection spéciale envers moi. Elle a d'autres petits enfants, certes, mais elle a toujours pensé qu'ils ne l'aimaient pas. Ma mamie a, en tout, 9 petits enfants. Et moi je suis l'une des plus jeunes. Ma mamie nous voit tous régulièrement sauf une famille, ma tante, sa fille, qui habite à l'étranger. Elle la voit de temps en temps mais pas aussi souvent que nous. Dans ma culture, les parents de nos parents donc mes grands-parents doivent habiter chez leurs enfants ; et à cette époque, elle vivait chez moi ! Donc évidemment en quelque sorte, elle passait plus de temps avec moi. Elle passait aussi beaucoup de temps avec l'un de mes cousins, qui était plus âgé que moi de quelques années. Les autres, elle les adorait, bien évidemment , mais c'était pas pareil qu'avec nous. Tout allait bien jusqu'à ce qu'environ 7-8 ans plus tard, tout allait changer...
