As Quinci Laciasal, the heir to Team Valor, struggles to control her firebending, nobody seems to forgive Raichu Human, the new leader of Team Instinct, because of what he did before. Meanwhile, Pichu Human, the heir to Team Protego and Raichu's younger sister, receives mysterious messages about the dangers ahead- a new villain who goes by The Guy. Can Pichu decipher these hidden messages before it's too late? Or will this new villain finally be able to rise from the ashes once more?
